Hello guys , I have a SK MK4 2021 and I have some issues with Skoda Connect . I've updated my infotainment to the last version and still having issues with it , meaning that i cannot become the mail user and also I cannot see 4G/LTE icon , meaning that I dont have internet to connect to the servers . After some back and forth emails with Skoda support I figure it out that the OCU module/SOS has to be updated . Is there a way for me to update it myself home or only at the dealer ? Thank you

Hello and thank you for the knowledge shared with us . I have the same issue with my Skoda MK4 2021 . When I press on become primary user it loading like forever and I do believe it's the same problem . Is there any chance you can provie me with a photo where the fuse is located ? I dont want to mess things over there . Thank you

Hello. I’ve successfully updated my SO4 1.5 TSI to software version 1989 without any problems. After the installation was completed successfully, I immediately performed a factory reset based on your feedback from here. Everything is fine except for the fact that I no longer have Driving Modes and I cannot find it anywhere . I don’t have a physical button, but I know the option used to be available somewhere in the infotainment system. Thanks.

Hello all , As per other updates via USB for this one , the folder has 3 files in it . Can you please let me know if I should use all 3 or just the 2 big folders ? Thank you

Good evening! I’ve had my 2021 Skoda Octavia Mk4 1.5 TSI (150 hp, manual) for a while now, and I’ve noticed something odd over the past few months. When I start the car in the morning and the revs drop below 800 RPM, the whole car starts to vibrate. Once the engine warms up to around 90°C, the vibration gets a bit better, but it’s still there. At first, I thought it might be the engine or gearbox mounts, or maybe a clogged injector, but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and managed to fix it. Have a great evening!

Hello all . This is my fist time posting here and i wanted to thank you all for the great support you are doing . I follow the instructions provided here and I manage to upgrade from 1941 to 1969 without any issues . The only problem that I have it the fact that I no long hace Driving Modes under driver assistance . I use to have it before, but now it's gone . Does any one of you guys had the same issue ? and if yes , how did you manage to bring the option back Thank you
