How to set up two users on a 2025 Superb L&K

We have just bought a second hand L&K and wish to set up two users like we did on our 2016 version but cannot work out how to do it. It seems to need a smart phone but I don't have one nor do I wish to use one. Microsoft Copilot gives lots of advice but none work (Pretty much normal for Copilot).

Seat positions are OK with the buttons at the side but I like things such as distance units in SI whereas my wife likes imperial.

Any advice how we can set the machine up?
