Flocked. 

Just waiting on the bottom half of the dash as I'd forgot to tell him i run no glovebox lid so he'd not done inside it.

Dash and all the little bits are flocked and ready to collect. Only dropped it off sunday

 

Stronglflex rear axle bushes arrived

 

Today i set about the rear beam to mock up the PMS kit. 

Decided to fit it all and removed the spring platform which means my suspension choice is now gaz golds

tailpipe all polished up from its raw state.

Wheels collected and living in the house

Rear quarter windows removed........with force

 

PMS rear axle strengthening kit order. 

Collecting the super t's in the morning and dropping the dash and bits off for flocking.

 

Not done anything for days, not even opened the garage

Dash is all trimmed ready to fit round the cage

Interiors cage ready. 

Rest of the dash stripped out ready to go to flocking with the top half, not sure I'll have to trim any of it to fit round the cage so I might hold off flocking for the minute. 

More wiring gone so now all that's left are the essentials to run what's left in it.

When mechanic and i stripped down to change them, discovered brake pads worn down to steel backing plate on the inside pads..  never spotted on visual check,no screeching/grinding and brake balance was near perfect on test.. 

Now as to what your x5 sounds like, i dont know, but she might not have noticed anything

 

 

I noticed straight away so i think she was either oblivious or drives round with the music on full blast

Lost some more weight and left me some more wiring to trim/sort.

Went over the boot floor again using proper seam sealer this time, had a little leak from somewhere so this should cure it

We have lights!

All scanned and no fault codes apparently
