Top stufff! No doing doing sound by wheel turning,maybe only one at begining and that's it and not every time,and no ball joints sound over bumps at all! I reccomend them fully!!! They have the same range of adjustability Like my old ones or even bigger one.

My friend Loctite is for sure one option. I just found here at page 12 that I already have custom made reinforced that part so I asked my friend in Čačak, Serbia Miško Herc tuner to make new one with longer bolts, that's the proper way of instaling it in my honest opinion. Will keep you upfated

So first impressions are great. 1. engine and transmission mount from VibraTechnics is top, no NVH increase 2. KV top hats are far better than old one - no doing doing sound by wheel turning - no noise over every bump or hole in the road-simply can't believe 3. Flywheel was resurfaced and factory step 12,09mm retained -needed for SPEC clutches, otherwise 15,5 or 12.6mm for OEM or Sachs, and works so smooths ans soft pedal feel-now needs 500miles for break in than planned break in for brakes according to EBC protocol for Blue stuff NDX, 4. we worked a little on rear right brake caliper-was stopping wheel from backward rotation-squeling sound-its gone. So now I can take final pics of my black mamba and advertise it for selling if there will be a good buyer. lets see. In the mean time DSP Hertz amplifier final tuning this saturday. have a nice day guys.

Removed old wire from Xenon balasts, water pump and water thermostat. Still need to put on engine Mount, to see why is right rear (passenger) calipers blocking that wheel from spinning naclward-onnthenroad making squezing sound, they were new Ate and painted red-hope tonsočve that, no more oil letaka whis was notnfrom the rear main Seal,or that gearbox sleve but were driven by thensir from blocknbreather adapter (Crestion motorsport one with 2 o rings) so we used OEM WV sealant to eliminate it and we did it, but I am planing to bore that adapter to a larger inner hole diameter, because it is funny small compared to AN10 adapter on it-and thus not fully functional😇😇😇 And for the end some magnets for the reg plate mount.

I returned mosquito mesh over air diffusor in bumper to avoid dirt and insects being dragged into the air box and air filter

Brake discs, calipers and coils are back on again with LCAs, tie rods and sway bar links, all cleanded as I Like to have them all shining

We mounted new top hats, looking great, and according to the look,and construction I expect great function to.

I had problems with threads on the bracket that holds transmission mount. They were worn out so I used this special tools to make new ones using spring wire-thstvway retaining the same bolt size, also with two front threads for bolts that holds dog bone to the transmission. Great help

VibraTechnics assembled mounts with 8.8 grade hardware. I removed some for black allen 12.9 bolts, and central ones for M12 10.9 ones. VID_20240318_145304.mp4

I additionally used DEI reflective foil to cover surface facing engine ,where MAF goes, and Will buy more to cover the side facing the cabin, airbduct entrsnce and the bottom one, to have insulation from inside and outside. It is so easy to aply, top quality.

As always I must change things. Two black bolts are 12.9, because from old ones 8.8 one broken at grad during dismantling , VibraTechnics did put all 8.8, I bought more 12.9 black ones and 10.9 with 10.9nut for center ones M12 to reinforce it a little. Want to put all 12 9 but black nitrited Bolt with Chromed nut will corode, so probably 10.9 nut and bolt 😂😂😂

We tried to measure pressure plate clamp force. Assembled it has 3mm travel and after first mm we exceeded Max measurement of 1000kg at that small machine. That day he recieved direct torque wrench for 1000Nm but didn't have time to make connection for it. So as I Said SPEC stage 3+ is by far strongest clutch with full faced springed friction disc on the market, 498ft lbs or 675Nm app. No one even close. And most important is OEM pedal feel. I've had it for almost 15y and shortly switched to Sachs performance and will never buy it again,that's why I returned to old good SPEC! We measured flywheel and it has 5050g-great daily driveability.

Had time to clean my powdercoated subframe with 42DD solid mounts,Neuspeed tie bar and sway bar, TT LCAs, brake ducts from TTRS, and custom made shorter tie rod from 7075 aluninium, HR RSS clubsport coils with New KW top mounts. Hope to get rod od that doing doing sound from old Ground Control while turning the wheel.

This is bad tuning!!! Talen from the shop website which sells them as a Holly gral. This is not proper installation because bolt thread didn't gone through the whole nut!

Regarding pinion shaft brace I decided not to put it on for now together with my mechanic. It could be fitted but guys it looses 3 or 4mm of Bolt thread, and holds less than half of nut threads on, that's not the way to do stuff, maybe housing Will not break in this case but nuts will fly of that brace, do you agree? DubDean can you provide us with your pics of brace please????
