Rear shelf turned to be two layers of wood with alu plate in between.-noticed it after cuting the holes. We used Musway alu adapter rings (intended to be used on front doors but hole pattern differs) from underside to additionally stiffen it and it turned perfect. They have fast connections on each side so shell is easy removed when needed.

Rear shell and trunk insulation, JBL BASSPRO HUB, Helix M Four DSP smo, 4 Hertz Mile Legend crossowers to come together with tweeters in custom alu pods and AUDIOTEC Fischer conductor-EISA award for BEST product 2021/22💪😇

Hood was done in 2 layers, butyl and reflective alu sponge 1cm

Trunk 5th door insulation was made in 4 layers, Butyl and sponge on inner sheet and butyl and 1cm STP acoustic felt on cover panel.

At roof we had rear half covered in very thick fabric, centimeter or more. We removed it and cut in small pieces to fill cavities on inner rear fender. We covered whole roof with butyl plates and sponge ones in second layer.

Floor dampening, under front and rear both sides with 4 big butyl plates were done.

All together 5 layers on the front and all rear doors. We used OEM mounts for front woofers speakers because Musway alu rings despite being told "plug and play" won't fit. But we used them on rear shelf for strenght and extra fancy look. We additionally extra insulated and closed all holes in OEM mounts on two layers

It's time for some music uograde😊😊😊. We've spent whole two day just sound proofing the car. Front and rear Doors in 5 layers, 3 on door itself and 2 on pannels, two layers on hood and 4 layers on 5 door-2 on door,and 2 on pannels Trunk and roof are insulated in 2 layers and floor im one layers. We've used CTK for all and some STP sponge. We fitted Hertz Mille Legend 1650.3 two way system 300w (,EISA 2915/16 award) in front doors-woofers, tweeters are to be mounted in cnc'ed alu pods on A pillar,and rear where OEM woofers were also in alu pods OEM speakers are all removed, rear woofwes will be in rear shell fixed with Musway MSR-VO2 16,5cm alu adapter rings, and JBL sub hub 800w design award 2018 in spare tyre and Helix M four DSP amplifier with all four crossowers in back of spare tyre. Phoenix gold TX series amplifier install kit. Audiotec Fischer Conductor one touch remote control EISA award best pepduct 2021/22. Complete pictures and video follow up to come when finished. Can't wait, after all the upgrades it was time for some deep basses to come. We Will put also cable for Alpine Halo 11" unit and reverse Alpine HDCR camera, untill that upgrade Denissin BT,USB micro sdhc reader for Symphony MP3 player,hehehe, stay Times😇💪

So new 21mm spacers are done with conus on backside to accomodate existing center hat which has 130mm contact surface. They are 140mm front with 128mm back spacers made of 6082alu. Hubcentric 72mm without any centering rings. Same pattern as wheel so they are extra light. Design borrowed from 42draft design. In plan to make new center hat (drawing already corrected) with 140mm contact surface for new flat 140mm spacers and one more spare pair of discs that should also be drilled from 6,4x9mm to 9 mm to have them aside as spare parts now when I have drawings,materials and possibillity to make them.

Bought new KW camber plates 19000702 time to replace good old Ground Control camber/castor plates. Thing I don't Like is doing doing sound while turning steering wheel and noise over bumpers from ball bearings. Good thing is wide range of adjustement. I expect German quality and closed seal system-long lasting and due to the fact www.gepfeffert.com installs them on large scale on very expensive cars so they must be quality improvement over my old ones. Finally today on my 54th birthday I installed my new custom brake discs DBA T3 5000 series discs, with custom full floating hat 6081alu, black hard anodised and AP Racing H bobbins with McLaren anti rattling clips, all together balanced to 0,1 and 0,3g by www.elmet.hr -balanced part on disc I painted with blsck thermo paint up to 800C for rust protection. Fit is perfect in one hundred of mm in the very center of the calipers espetially when the measurements were taken from already machined old discs from 34 to 32mm but you newer know which side was more machined than other, so to find equal ET is little experience magic. We did it perfectly, but my friend didn't take on count 21mm spacer and outer thicker part for bobbins starts to raise little to soon over 45degree angle and when we used grease on the backside of spacer it was obvious that it sits only on that conus-grease Mark only there, hat completely clean-so for first aid we machined spacers to 130mm to accomodate them,and new spare hats will be 142mm before conus raise for thicker outer part. Raining outside so I can't perform EBC reccomended brake in procedure as they suggest (has one more step than for yellow ones). Happy as a kid
