  1. I recently had error code for missfire in cylinder 1,3 and 4. Bought them immediatelly and when I was replacing them found loosened all 4 NGKs. They were ok but due to the fact I already bought new ones I replaced them. Why they were loosened I have no clue.

  4. No,that's why we put some rubber there also, but is sits so close you don't need it,and otherwise ProRam Large filter wont fit. All done on 3d scan model on comp-all simullations
  5. So first imopession in short. What a monster. Garrett core and new 2.5" pipes are not cooling air but freezing according to IAT on my MFD!!!! Perforated crash bar and bumper are doping its Job together as air tanka difussors as HP PERFORMANCE does im Germany. Air box is done perfectly. Whole box is thermo insulated from inside, also on chasis small part. 3d printed Rubber shock absorber as OEM one and air inlet-fully closed system. Cover is cut for VRS and motorsport insignia and to avoid black adhesive Rubber to be seen thorugh the cuts we did put silver reflective adhesive film on Rubber and so we have function and aesthetic result. We had to shorten a little velocity stack and angle the cut to retain filter in centered position and removed rubber from the side close to batterry,and Will put it from outside-gaining 1cm od extra space for air flow. Perforated crash bar is Great as newly cut bumper and Audi RS style big mesh. Can't wait to put on New custom 2pieces floating discs and Spec3+ clutch. Than car Will be listed for sale as complete track street monster! Or newly stroked,forged,cnc-ed big turbo g25-600 setup Will be made, hehehej, we Will see. Also dq500 is on mind as 4wd conversion
  6. Plastic air inlet and OEM Like shock absorber from rubber are 3D printed, still decidingn weather inlet should also be from rubber for better air tightness or we shall use some silicone Seal???
  7. Still to be fully polished and thermoinsulating adhesive 1cm sponge with silver reflective film laid on all surfaces from inside and connector for inlet air duct 76mm to be welded. Updates to come. But for sure worldwide first and onnly fully closed airbox with such a big air filter as ProRam Large air filter with big velocity stack. Only EFE POWER is making similar but not fully enclosed stage 1 box with much smaller air filter without velocity stack. So thumbs up for my friend who made it.

  10. And here is first comp render,and tomorrow is production day. Can't wait to test fit it. It is without small hole for SAI,because I deleted it but can be done, depend on customer preference and direct connection to 76mm air duct-completelly closed system as OEM, with additional adhesive teromoinsularing 1cm thick sponge with silver reflective film-just suggested to my friend to make some temperature measurement before and after if possibble to prove this is the best solution

  12. Air diffusor shortened and back in place so as horns are, flawless setup. Thus time probably without any mosquito mesh over air diffusors because as my friend former cup racer said it decreases mΒ² od airflow surface-take the mesh and put it together and that's the ammount od reduced air flow,so this time I will exchange insect protection and less frequent filter cleaning for more airflow.

And most Important due to the fact those shields does not prevent hot air to be sucked into the filter, espetially my Cloud 9 customs made for bigger batterry plastic cover 8n TT thus leaving open space on MK4 golf platform so we are developing new custom air box-closed with direct fit for air duct,and thermo insulated with 1cm adhesive sponge and reflective silver film on it according to the laser 3D scan, and most Important still with ProRam Large air filter with big velociry stack!!!!! This was somethimg to start with as a idea, but ours will be completely closed with air duct connection 76mm and MAF hole,nothing else. If turned ok Inwill offer them for sale to-just boxes, no filter or MAF or insulating sponge.

  15. Epoxy primer yes, than acrylic paint
  16. Crash bar completed-51mm holes on wider part and 25mm holes on lower part. Now time for epoxy primer and than 2k acrylic matte black paint for rust protection and OEM look. Me happpyyyyπŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡
  17. Side ones will remain, just venter one is removed for obvious reason-replaced with taller one
  18. Bumper is cut, and 35x19mm mesh glued in place, looking greatπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
