seconded!! if you've got good instincts then usually you can just get away with anything when modding! always wanted to see a set of KT1's on a fabia! i think they suit anything! i'd love a set of KT2's personally but can only get them from the states for some reason:thumbdwn:

nope none at all! its only the chrome surround thats been sprayed so has no impact at all on the way the light is projected! looks better too! haha cant afford tyres for my BBS and i really wasn't happy with my lame dull unpolished TT comps at E38 today so gonna have some fun with them instead woo for slag tt comps haha

yer headlights are standard! but i have split them and sprayed the inside chrome bits black!

cheers for the comments peeps!! well pleased with it! although the looks i get in the car are well funny! half of them are like "wtf is that???" with an admiring glance and the others are "wtf is that???" and with a disgusted look hahaha hmmmmmmm marmite :P it cost £140 from signteam in thorney down the road pretty much from jabbasport! all mods tho will have to stop for the time being as i just bought a golf gti 16v racecar for next years gti championship! so all funding going towards that at the moment!!

i always say this lol its like a record on repeat but if you have the funds get pipewerx to make you a custom one! you'll not be disapointed! and you have any design you want and any noise lol! mine is amazing and has a life time guarentee!! dont want to offend anyone on here but milltek and blueflame are pretty common now and are getting a tad boring!

bloody hell thats well steep! i'd go seat surgeons as at least you can get it completely custom made! think skoda will only give you a few options!! i bought my fabia vrs from farmers in leicester! very helpful but are they even allowed to charge 17.5? thought it was 15% now!

not sure lol but with mine there were 3 wheel bolts not done up tight enough and the other two were starting to come a tiny bit loose! so when acceleraring the wheel kinda towed outwards a little and clunked and when braking it towed in and clunked again! lol only got to about 30mph and after about 5 mins i stopped the car and had a look and was like.. ohhhhhhhhhhh s******t and got the ratchet gun out lol!

i had this problem....then i tightened my wheel bolts...could have been a messy end LOL

tbh you may think that making your car look like a lower model will deter the thieving pikey scum but it really wont!! Mrs works in pooooooleeeeese and the amount of times she gets called out to broken into cars is unreal! but there never the top spec cars like a vrs or an ST or M3 because they've got all the alarms and that which they know about so they dont go near them! if you made your car look like a 1.2 16v fabia or a lower spec you'd be making it a lot more appealing as they'll think its an easy target!.....but im sure they'll soon find out its not when the alarms and what not go off! its upto you but bumper changes and that are a bad idea!! i like your secondary plans to just colour code the car!! go that way and you'll be onto a winner

saw it for sale on edition 38 and has a post saying sold so its prob gone! lol wonder if the new owner will come on here?

i hope so as that seems a simple fix! prob could be sorted at the same time as the adding of a B&M shortshifter!

was speaking to jabbalad about getting mine done and he suggested doing it when the bushs are done as you have to drop the subframe to do it! cheap part but just a bitch to do apparently? correct me if im wrong luke i maybe thinking of something else haha

i have AP at the moment and would seriously consider upgrading to KWs. the KW's are stainless steel whereas the cheaper version AP are only galvanised! i've greased them and would say i've looked after them quite well and even tho they still are adjustable since they have been on since xmas but there already starting to corrode and just generally dont feel as stiff as they were and becoming quite "springy" and im starting to notice more bodyroll even with the anti roll bar,gonna get the console bushs done soon to try and stop this but dont think it'll do much! like they say tho, you get what you pay for!

hey guys! having a bit of a prob with the car! its a bit intermittent but its annoying! when changing gear i can go 3rd,4th,5th,6th perfectly normally but sometimes when changing down from 6th to 5th it just wont move further than the neutral position! and to get it into 5th i have to (with the clutch down of course) move it to 4th then back to 5th and it'll move into position fine! weird stuff? any ideas peeps? im thinking maybe a bush has slipped? like i said its a bit intermittant as sometimes it'll go into 5th fine as long as your quite gentle doing it but then again soemtimes it just wont go at all!
