  1. Just had a phone call from my dealer to say my car is set for a week 13 build, so it should be with the dealer 2-3 weeks after that (mid to end of April)-was prdered on 4th February.

    Broadspeed

I went to MSB Skoda in Darlington last week and they got to within a £100 or so of the Broadspeed price, so I ordered my new Yeti from them. Give them a ring and ask for salesman Steve Eland or manager Malcolm to see what they can do.
  3. I've been looking at getting a Yeti for the last few weeks and been getting prices from the internet (Broadspeed, DtD and Carquake). I spoke with Steve Eland at MSB who stated that they would try to match the internet prices. I went down yesterday and spoke with the manager, Malcolm, who after lots of pushing buttons on his calculator got to about £100 of the internet deals, this was good enough for me so I placed the order for a Yeti 4x4 SE 140 with them. My Fabia VRS will be going in part ex, but as the V5 is away at Swansea with an address change, they said for me to bring my car down in a couple of weeks when the V5 returns. I think thats its worth paying the extra £100 or so more than the internet to get service like this. All I have to do now is wait for 10 weeks or so . Oh and I did try the dealer that I had bought the Fabia from and he was £1325 more expensive than MSB !!
  4. Ordered my Yeti 4x4 SE 140bhp (red) yesterday putting my Fabia VRS in Part ex. I looked at sites like Broadspeed, DtD etc, then went to MSB Skoda in Darlington armed with their quotes. The manager Malcolm and salesman Steve were very helpful, and got to within £100 or so of the internet prices, plus I could use them for the part ex of course, so they got the order. I had tried the dealer where I had bought my Fabia and he was £1325 more expensive! All I have to do now is wait. !!
  5. I've just spoken to Skoda Uk and they state they do not know anything about this offer, the only thing they can think of is if the car was ordered before 1st January when the VAT went up. Thats a pity because I ordered my Yeti 4x4 140 SE yesterday.

    Broadspeed

I spoke to Broadspeed this evening, they state that they only sell new cars and the used ones were on ebay in error. The guy was not very helpful, and I got the impression I was not the first caller re the used Yetis ! Stated they do not do part ex as the cars have a corporate discount, hence the price, so my Fabia VRS SE may be going in the papers soon .

    Broadspeed

The prices are far better that I've been quoted by dealers. Has anyone used Broadspeed before, if so are they any good? Do they take part ex's, and if so do they offer a 'fair' price?
