  1. The Epiq has now been officially launched. The shape looks quite good, although I'm not sure about the area under the front bumper, will need to see it in the flesh. It looks like it will be starting at £26000, which is more than I was expecting, but I'm sure that there will be deals/offers.
  2. I have 24/25 Karoq SE and has this dashboard. 20260213_124350.heic 20260213_124409.heic
  3. Hi, how long does it take to charge using the 7w charger at home, and do you charge it using a discounted rate?
  4. The new Skoda Epiq will be 4.1m long, 1.78m wide...allegedly.
  5. Hi, would you take £200? We are about 15 miles from you. Dave
  6. Glad that got the matter resolved with a positive outcome. This shows how Briskoda should work.
  7. I had one email headed Digital Deal File, and two emails from Skoda Financial Services. These emails have copies of purchase agreement, Financial arrangements etc. I would make sure that they have the correct email address, and then get them to send those emails ASAP, I don't think that you get given any paperwork now. It's all online now, apparently it's progress......
  8. We have just ordered a new Karoq, you don't get any paperwork in the garage, but everything is online. You should have an email marked Digital Deal File with copies of everything.
  9. Karoq went into Pulmans for its 3 year service, MoT and updates today. Usual first class service from all. It was useful to have a Kamiq for a courtesy car, so we could compare with our Karoq (we prefer the Karoq).
  10. I had this 'recall' when my Karoq was in for service. It involves them altering a number in the handbook, it took about 5 minutes. I don't even have a clue what the alteration related to.
  11. My Karoq was in for 2 year service, and an apparent fault on the door locks was detected (we didn't know anything about this). Appointment was made and locks have now been replaced, under warranty.
  12. I have read your post, but obviously I can't comment on your experience. I am posting about my latest dealings with Pulmans, I do however understand you going to a good indie in Blyth now that your car is out of warranty.
  13. Three visits to Pulmans (was Silbury) in the last fortnight. 1st for a 2 year service, this found a fault on the central locking system requiring locks to be replaced, 2nd for lock replacement (under warranty), a few days later a headlight bulb blew. After struggling to get my hand in to change the bulb I phoned Pulmans for any advice/hints, to be told that if I came in the would fit a new bulb free of charge (me providing bulb). 3rd Fitment of bulb. Excellent helpful service with free coffee and biscuits whilst you wait.
  14. I've just checked and the vehicle is now sold, so my enquiry is now irrelevant 🙃
