I have a 15 plate 2ltr 150 CR SE business, Superb, that I use for a taxi with 43K on, for all those that know, would a 16 plate 1.4 TSi 150, be any good for taxi work, given that most runs are local, and any problems to look out for

Why the 2 settings,????? you should be able to get out in the driving position without altering the seat or moving it, or you have the steering wheel to close

Do you have resistors fitted to the HIDs???, this allegedly stops the BCM from going, I had my BCM go on my last superb same problem, as it was close to christmas i got the dealer to fit one quite expensive if you take it to them

So basically what your saying john is, there is or could be a small fuel feeder pipe going to the DPF somehow, to supply it with a small amount of fuel to help burn off the soot,

Out of interest, if the DPF inners are removed like in some vids, and delated using software, and there is no smoke after, but quit a diesel smell from the exhaust tailpipe on idle , what could be wrong and can it be rectified

Can anyone help with the part number for a new DPF, its for the 150 CR, or know where to get one from, apart from the dealers, will get it fitted localy

Just remove all 4 and fit normal bolts, far easier than messing about especially at night

How do you enable the phone to rasp???, and once done do you select premium in maxi set up??

Have you got full maxi dot it's between the speedo and rev counter, the controls for it should be on your steering wheel , it should show you in your manual, your columbus has nothing to do with it

Mike it's in maxi dot settings select. , phone settings, phone mode.premium or hands free, select hands free will not work in premium

They are in maxi, scroll down to phone select, then scroll down to settings , in settings you will or should find premium or hands free, select hands free, and exit, your phones should automatically connect every time you go into the car, if not go to BT settings on phone and connect , once connected keep BT on, so that it connects every time , depending on your phone signal it can take a few seconds to connect

Go into phone settings, on there you will find premium and below BT , select BT, then your phones will work, its just most modern mobiles won't work with premium

I Have the last FL, but it has the 150 tdi , getting 500 plus off 50 litres, with 10 still in the tank, this is mesured, and mainly town work

I questioned skoda on FB regarding speed cameras with warnings, they said they have to pay for them and they are not legal in some countries, i said put them on with a tick box , and let the owner decide
