Infotainment system stuck on on/off loop
Hi all I've got a 2023 Sportline and the other day the infotainment system wouldn't boot up properly, it kept trying to start up then switched itself off, then restarted. Was only on a short journey so happened 3 or 4 times. Didn't think too much of it as previous glitches have been fixed by turning the engine off and starting later. However I went back out yesterday and the same thing happened, this time on a longer drive of about half an hour. Endless loop of on/off/on/off. It's stuck on the native satnav on start up, radio comes on but all icons on the screen don't react when touched. I've tried holding down the power button for 30 seconds to reset it but no joy. Any tips before I call the dealer? Still under warranty but I'd rather avoid a trip.

Android Auto issue
3 weeks into my new Superb ownership and I'm delighted with the car. One small nagging issue though... Android Auto. I've got 2 Samsung phones, my own A12 and my work A32. They both connect to the car via Bluetooth perfectly, and can toggle between them. No issues with the car recognising the phones next time I switch on, as long as I don't use Android Auto. I can connect the A12 with the USB cable to use Android Auto, and it works perfectly...Spotify, maps etc. Both phones still work fine too. However the next time I switch the car on it will only connect to one phone, the A12, and calls won't connect properly. The A32 isn't recognised automatically and when I try to manually pair it the system hangs for ages and eventually I'll get a message saying "can't connect A32" . The A12 is still "connected" but won't make calls. Tried removing phones from the car, car from the phones but same thing happens. In summary Bluetooth is fine but Android Auto seems to confuse it. Any advice? Thanks in advance!!

Thinking of coming back to Skoda - Superb Sportline Plus
Took delivery of a brand new Sportline plus 190 TSI today- hatch version in meteor grey. Looks absolutely stunning and first thoughts on the drive are that it all seems nice and firm without being too harsh. No rattles unlike my previous A6 which buzzed and rattled like a mad thing on rough roads - hopefully stays this way! The petrol engine sounds and feels great, nice and smooth. Feels like it wants to go like stink mind you, which I've not done yet! Virtual cockpit and ambient lights look fabulous as do the animated front and back lights. Also love the illuminated Skoda projected from the door undersides. Took it easy on the 55 mile journey back home, a mix of motorway and town driving and got a very respectable 42.8mpg, considering the heating, lights and heated seats were all on! I know this will dip during town driving and I'm not going to get obsessed with it, but as I said in the OP if i get an overall average of 40ish I'll be quite happy with that. No more adblue and regens- and a much nicer quieter engine. I'm really delighted to have adaptive cruise back - had it on my old L&K but didn't have it in the A6. When I hit traffic tonight, I stuck it on and let the car do the work. Really missed that. Thanks to all for your advice on this thread and others, and it's great to be back in the Skoda fold!

Thinking of coming back to Skoda - Superb Sportline Plus
Thanks for your replies. Really leaning towards the petrol version. Current diesel car has a long term average of 45.9 mpg, over 51k miles. Do about 16k a year, good mix of short and longer journeys. So low 40s in a petrol shouldn't be too much of an impact. Petrol generally cheaper to buy too

Thinking of coming back to Skoda - Superb Sportline Plus
Hi all Used to have a Superb L&K 16 TDi estate 16 plate - had no real issues with it at all - great car. Came time to change and I switched to an Audi A6 Avant S Line in early 2021 as I got a good deal on it before the prices of cars went crazy. The A6 has been good, but I have had a few issues with it - including a dash rattle WAY worse than anything I had with the Superb. Nice car, but less features and servicing costs are absolutely ridiculous. Looking around now to change again and I'm very tempted to come back into the Skoda fold. I particularly like the look of the Superb Sportline Plus but most of the reasonably priced versions seem to be TSi. I've had diesels for the last 25 years and would like to go back to petrol (sick of adblue and dpf regens!) but I am curious as to the real mpg of the 2.0 TSi mpg. If I could get an average of 40mpg as per the official blurb I'd be ok with that - is that realistic with normal driving? There is a brand new Sportline hatch TSi on sale on autotrader for £35k - in moon white which I think looks tremendous - is this a good price? Also looking at a 72 plate, same spec with 6000 miles on for £30k. Solid grey which also looks excellent. Feedback appreciated!

Moisture in Full Matrix LED headlights
Mine does it too. The first time it happened I was alarmed, used to it now every winter. Goes away completely when the weather warms up a bit. See it in a lot of cars now - a colleague got a nice new Volvo last week and it had the same issue on the first cold day. Saw a Tesla doing the same.

Adblue Refill Issue - not resetting after refill
Also - the message says Error: AdBlue (DEF). No engine start in 650m I dont think it usually says "error" in a normal refill warning.

Adblue Refill Issue - not resetting after refill
My adblue warning light had been on for a few days so I filled up today - the warning said approx 900 miles left. I put 5 litres in, switched on the ignition for 30 seconds then started up. Warning went away and the adblue range went to 4000 miles. All good, set off on a drive. About an hour in, the sensor warning pinged again, saying there was 650 miles left. Went and bought another 5 litres to try and reset it - it all went in, so 10 litres in total today. Started up, same procedure but the warning is still there. 650 miles left Drove home, turned off and restarted a few times but it wont go away. Sounds like a sensor issue or something - any ideas or anyone else had this?? Car is a 16 plate L&K 190 tdi cheers
