To aid witht he not cooling down to quickly thing... pour the stuff in the mould then put it back in the oven at 230... then turn the oven off and leave it ? it'll cool down slowly with the temp of the oven?

My spoons only ran out May 2009... but it sucks! I have to now take my car through a carwash!!!!! lol I know how trivial that sounds but you have to laugh I have managed to go to nearly all the shows I love still though (although I will admit sleeping through most of them with my feet up in OH's car rather than taking my Furby) - am going to try and drive Lissy to VW Action in September eek! Some wise soul told me to give the pain a reason for being there... so I took that advice and started doing stuff I enjoy again because even lying down all day hurts so I may as well do something useful and feel like I deserve to hurt.

No worries.. I seem to remember you were damn busy with work last time too. I do very little now due to suffering from FMS and ME now so can usualy work around people who work ... lemme know and we'll get a post up. Its worth coming out just to see our new Boca anyhow!!!!

Just wondering if anyone else here understands the spoon theory... and how they cope with looking after their pride and joy when they run out ... if you think I am mad then you havent ever had to worry about running out of spoons

Well, I've not logged in for well over a year. There is probaly an ancient thread on my car somewhere but it didnt come up in the first page of a search and I have concentration issues so I'll start a little update for those who may possibly remember the Cadburymobile and a hello to anyone who's never seen my monstrosity before I cant remember what state she was in before I left before. She had deffo had the coilies on as that was first thing I did. The godawful wheels are gone and replaced with TT wheels now custom painted and spaced (cant remember how much by now though) All the bits of trim that were black are now purple, interior plastics have been painted purple and I have replaced the icky grey pillars and headlining with black VRS ones. Shes got a Jabba RARB (painted purple), VRS front ARB and Seat front strut (purple of course) I think the induction kit is new since I las posted . The rear drums are gone, replaced with VRS disks, front ones have also been upgraded too. Brakes are also painted purple! Pretty sure the front bumper was done beforehand also but I couldnt find the grille inserts, shes now got some made for her in black mesh. Suspension is pretty much the same I think. Still got the SPAX coiles on her (although these are now even haha - for those who dont know Lissy used to be at an angle as I never set the height properly), still running rock solid damping, all bushes are either powerflex or cupra bushes. I hate getting in a car now that leans around corners! - not great for my FMS but thats another story! One day I will get a car I can drive without pain but for now I still love this little beast. So, here's how she looks now : I love her fat bum

The crown off Junction 5 of the M5 has a big carpark and is nice If anyone is interested, I have a few spaces left for VW Action on 5th Sept ( Sunday only display booked ) if we dint go down night before then will be travelling from Worcester Sunday morning. I used to organise events and displays for another Worcester club but got fed up with no one coming after they said they would. Am happy to get some stuff together for you guys IF people are actually going to bother. Have already been in contact for a plot for Ultimate Dubz next tear to kick the season off again if anyone is up for it

Had an awesome day yesterday, anyone who was there you would have noticed the giant duck of our club even if you didnt realise the skodas were hiding there behind it. Hilight has to be Lizzie cleanign her golf with baby wipes as she hadnt brought anything to wash it with lol. Loved the crazy little blue rocket running nos - got a video of that going whoooooooosh.
