Got the Mr Muscle oven cleaner out and gave the turbo what for. All I can add after a shortish drive was bye bye limp mode

left some of it in pieces at the outlaws on there drive.

I had similar issue when battery was low. Only realised when I eventually needed jump starting. Mirrors popped into place and all been good since.

Help please wheres my actuator???? got the shiney pipe off from bothe ends EGR end? and manifold end. Lots of rubbish in there what do I do next spray the oven cleaner, put back together and go for a drive? Do I need to let it soak before hand? And do I have an actuator that in need to push down until its a smooth action with a little resistance? Thanks in advance

are you part exchanging a car? If so hit them with im not interested in what my cars worth or the price of the car im looking at is, whats the balance to change figure. I always find it changes the way the sales person deals with me ans shows that im not interested in playing games.

Is there the option of headlights coming on when I unlock my car? Hasnt bothered me until this year as street light has become rather poor recently. Also anyone know of any sellers online that sell the electric window switch panel for the driverside with the chrome end bits on them? Seen one or two but they have been China I dont have a problem with that but its a bit of a bind when they dont work as they should and they have to go back. Cheers in advance folks

bought the old Superb one of these.

it appears the fault on my superb is the fuel pump giving up, which is sending everthing up in the air including my injectors me thinks its gona be an expensive one.

Put it into the workshop for an intermittent fault with an injector.

check door seals for leaks

Just got to love MKI Superbs and there ability eat the miles.

My 2005 1.9tdi has an intermitent cutting out issue. Had car in garage and they have looked at car and scanned it and its coming up Cylinder No 4 missfire. I had the new injector loom last April and all has been good till Xmas eve. They have suggested that it maybe a injector fault. What's peoples thoughts? Im not knocking the garage they have been excellent to use over the years. they havnt even charged me for today scan and a good look under the bonnet incase anything had come adrift. Car is low mileage 221000 miles lol

Had same problem on a MKII Galaxy basically same dash control unit with some differences, It turned out that was the culprit. Pretty sure it showed a fault on diog tool

couple of hot water bottles on the dash board close to windscreen half hour before the off.makes the screen nice n easy to clear and then wife gets to hold them she is nice n warm sitting in the car while I drive until heater starts working.

Friend had a similar problem. Car started fine with a decent set of jump leads.

remembered to tax it
