Picked up a motorbike covered trailer today. But have a question about mirrors. Do I need those awful mirrors that extend out further? Trailer is exactly the same width as the vehicle so no blind spots.

Im up for one, sods law will play its hand as its bound to be on when im working lol

Had one similar last night. Mature female in her Merc didnt see me on the crossing she then stood on the anchors and dropped her phone onto the floor. She then gave me a large vebal mouthfull out of her window at which point I laughed and pointed to the police car behind her. They had been following her and seen everything. Best bit she then blamed me for breaking her screen on the phone because she had to stop quickly. How I laughed she has been ticketed for speeding and using her phone whilst driving.

Got a call from the bodyshop to say it's ready to collect. Wednesday wont come some enough to collect her

just come in from buying choccy at shop to discover a piece of paper saying sorry hit your car this is my number.on inspection is paint damage to O/S/F door (including mirror), wing and bumper phoned up number and got someone with awful english but thank fully she put me through to her boss and pleased to find out that its a company vehicle (local company so can go upset them if they start paling silly buggers) so hopefully insurance will sort out asap

I used to get this on my old Octavia, get a little can of compressed air and gave the changer a little blast of air and all was good.

sprayed some contact cleaner into the n/s/f lock as it hasnt been showing door open or locking at 15mph ish been out and it appears to have done the trick. Shall monitor it over te next week or so. :peek:
