  12. Hi. Just to let you know that I can't think of any of our extensive number of insurance schemes that offer the option of a £0 excess. I think in the current climate there would be very few insurers offering this in my experience. Regards, Dan.

  15. Hi. You would need to notify your insurer regardless of whether you were claiming form your insurance. They may wish to keep the incident as open until such time as the third party insurer has settled your claim. Regards, Dan.
