You would like to say that it is/was a good innings ... Although as you state some carry on much longer .. But i think 132k is not bad ... Plus Longevity can be affected by many things .. Not just service intervals .. Lots of stop start journeys will shorten the lifespan Etc. So many other factors could be a cause !! Something may of got sucked in & or come loose & become embedded in the Turbo causing the Failure .. It has been known ...... Trouble is also.. depending on the type of failure, The Turbo may not be the only item that needs replacing .. if The impeller Vanes have broken up & travelled around the Cars internals .. Well, you can imagine .... Dean

Clutches go one of Three ways.. Slippage Gear Selection issues - Sticking/Grinding (No Slippage) & Bang .. No drive what so ever Dean I would try the Cheapest option 1st .. After all, If you do it yourself & still it does it, you have only lost some time & the price of the parts ... The Linkage/Cables have not become Mis-Adjusted have they ??

That sort of Thing really P!sse's me off ... You try & look after something & take pride in it & some little (& sometimes not so little) Scrotes try to wreck it .... I really hope that the Day they grow up & earn something nice that the same happens & see how they feel Bu66er springs to mind :( Dean

I don't wish to post Doom & Gloom ... But when a clutch is coming to the ends of it's life .. 1st & Reverse are generally the first ones to complain & Grumble ...... Dean

I think i need to replace the topmounts on the Vrs .. They are making Knocking Noises .... So ?? Is the Bearing a seperate part to the top mount or One complete unit ?? Cheers Dean

I Have taken my Citroen one off & replaced with this Bizarrely the Signal seems better than the Standard One

The Crash Bar does not comr in to play , Especially for purely cosmetic reasons & dependant on the choice of front mount, You don't need to modify it either.. Dean

With my car being lowered on Coilovers the front Tyres are scrubbing after a few thousand Miles on the inside edge , tracking & alignment is Ok.. But due to the lowering effect the camber on the front wishbones has increased & i am suffering the tyre wear effects .. So can you get adjustable top mounts ?? Or has anybody tackled this is some other form ?? Cheers Dean

So im thinking that i would like to get rid of the Mesh on my front Bumper & go for the Plastic Slats Style ... But do you think it would be Too Much ?? Using a couple of the front lower grills to infill Lower Grill in Mind Car It Looks good on the Audi's .. but they go from Side to side & up Etc & efectively fill the whole of the front Anybody have some alternatives, I don't think i could Mod the Audi grill to go in there Dean
