  1. You are correct needs to be 2002 on Ibiza or 6L chassis type.
  2. Hopefully as there are no fault codes the sensor should be ok. I am quite friendly with my local vw dealer so I may be able to borrow the special tool.
  3. Thanks for that guys, will get it sorted tomorrow.
  4. Got an issue where the abs cuts in at below 40ish mph. Have done a scan and has no fault codes. Recently had a new bearing on the driver side front. So I removed the wheel, dropped the caliper down and eased the brake disc out the way. To me it looks like the bearing is not pressed far enough in. What do you think?
  5. As above available from dealerships part no T10125
  6. Hi, Welcome to BRISKODA. You can download an online version of the owners manual. https://mediaportal.skoda-auto.com/resource/documentation/manuals/en/Olders/Fabia/Manual/A04_Fabia_OwnersManual.pdf It can also be found in the Fabia I section of the forum 2nd from the top. Hope this helps Davie
  7. I got a 2nd hand hub for £25 and bought a new bearing for £45 and when fitted the whole assembly. The thread for the caliper slide stripped in my old one hence why I had to replace it. If you are checking with any breakers ask if vehicle has abs and power steering, bearings are different.

  10. If you mean INSP which is shown where mileage is shown, then you car needs servicing.
  11. Any idea on costs for getting it done?
  12. Yeh, needs a bit of force remember it will cause a crease in it. Can hardly see it in the rear view mirror.
  13. Needs a firm hand, I got mine loose from getting my fingers underneath the leading edge ( furthest away from tailgate seal) and then a sharp tug down and it came off. I have had to do this twice to my car over the 4+ years that I have had the Fabia. The first time I removed this trim I broke it. 2nd time was no problem changed the aerial base in less than 15 mins Hope this helps? Regards Davie
  14. To be honest you are probably better going to carparts4less website as they are usually cheaper than ECP.
  15. Sorry should read - this is what was wrong with mine.
  16. It's is what was wrong with mine, access was from under the car, if your car has air con there is a connection beside the one for the alternator which supplies the a/c compressor mine failed as well. http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=209472
