Wow, that dropped quite a chunk that's a holiday. I've always been looking on auto trader to see what prices they sell at, I think they're quite rare to find at a decent price to make it justifiable. One of the ways I made it sound "ok" was that the mot and tax was due, and my warranty was about to end so it made sense to change my car?! hmm

I know I threw the idea out there 2 weeks ago, and a week later I make the decision to take the plunge! the funny thing was the insurance was only 25 pence more a month!

Well looks like the only other 3.6 in the group now is the Porsche 3.6 @ 300bhp! 3 Skoda's in less than a year... I think I have a problem... :think: ...I don't think I'll need to get a Yeti!

Bit of an odd car to go for but I thought why not! their probably never going to make a 3.6 Skoda ever again! Got a great deal on my part ex, and my warranty, and mot are just about to run out! Its still in warranty, and they will extend it for another 12 months when it runs out which is brilliant. It's an elegance 3.6 in Mocca Brown, with the Ivory interior. I think it'll look really smart, it's also got the 18" Lunar wheels which in my opinion look great on the Super B. I drove a TDI DSG 170 the other day and that was also very nice, but that was just a little out of my price range as it was a pre reg 13 plate. Full review to be done over the next day or so after I pick it up, I've reduced the miles I do a year now too, so "it makes sense!" The mpg's will be less than the vRS and I've had a great year with the RS. I thought it would be good to knock the 4x4 off the wishlist, and a v6 in one go. I can't wait...what have I done

Just a micro fiber cloth, or any kind of cloth should be fine.

That looks really smart! Maybe for the other half! I'd get the optional elongated window though for the rear.

I took mine to the dealers, they added some silicone gel/lube , basically I find tyre gel works well, apply enough but not too much - rubber seal noises eliminated. It's because some car shampoo's dry it out.
