  1. Try a injector wiring loom first lot cheaper than a injector and a few have been known to breakdown with age.
  2. If it's claybank skoda in Eccles? Then your not alone. I had nothing but trouble with them from start to finish
  3. You will feel it slowdown after 4k revs if it's standard
  4. If it still pulls hard past 4k revs all the way upto the redline. It will have been mapped standard cars run out of puff after 4k revs
  5. Sounds like someone has had their iPhone jail broken :-D
  6. Put a Leon/Ibiza cupra r steering wheel on was much more chunky

  13. Worst comes to worst cant you trial fit one? Imo they should fit over the caliper but at 8.5in wide id be more worried about them hitting your strut.
  14. Check for coolant leak when possible the level has dropped for a reason bottom corner of radiator is a safe bet
  15. Missing airbags are an advise from the 1st January 2012. After April 2012 they become a reason for failure. Cats have to fitted on a car subject to a full cat test e.g. Petrols....... Diesels are tested for smoke levels at present. Make sure you get a fresh MOT in march then the aliasing airbag will only be an advise ;-)
  16. like i say get the turbo done and then if you still set on selling. you can sell the car for a good price but if you do sell you could then buy into someone elses problems with another car.
  17. Having read your post about the condition of the car. First off you have done well to get 126k out of the kkk turbo. Second cambelt waterpump has been done, the turbo is getting done. The only other big bill I can see in the future is the clutch needing doing. Get the turbo done and you have done 2 of the 3 major jobs that can go wrong .
  18. Why are you so keen to get rid of the car? Id personally just put another turbo on it. Get a garrett replacement instead of the kkk, then if your so keen to sell up you will get more money by selling a decent a car. Just my opinion
  19. I used unibond roof and gutter sealant and it was fine after two years.
  20. that sounds very dear for what is essentially a stainless pipe with a tip welded on. as above get the piper set up its larger diameter, cheaper price and choice of tailpipes.
  21. Either wheel bearing or your rear tires are 'stepping'
  22. i used shell v power diesel everytime. engine quieter and smoother, less smoke, more miles out of a tank so paid for its self over the regular diesel. also racked in the v-power points on my shell card so got more money off vounchers aswell all round win tbh
  23. BUMP only the drivers under seat storage comparment left now £15 delivered
