This my yesterday swap: Front 355/32 DBA 5000 T3 rotors + hat. 6 piston calipers. EBC Yellow Stuff pads. Rear 335/22 rotor with hat. Caliper OEM Skoda (from 280 HP). EBC as well here. Brake line fluid made with steel cord (made by HEL). All designed made and installed by WRK Brakes. The very first impression is very good. Brakes are very responsable.

The dealer cannot do it, because there is no official retrofit kit for Superb. They simply cannot do it without Skoda acceptance due to warranty/safety/other (pick the reason You want). But technically it is possible and this is common retrofit over all VAG cars. To do it, You have to obtain camera and wiring loom - the best one is plug and play with the adapters to avoid cutting and soldering oem wires. To be found on aliexpress (cost c.a. 20$) The problem is sometimes calibration of the lines - it is difficult to find the workshop beside Skoda to do it. Brand new cameras comes without calibration or even without firmware. That's why I always buying used one, which is calibrated, but the risk is always with the quality - as usual with second hand pieces. Regarding rear wash wiper, if You don't have it, the spray nozzle will not work. But for this, You can replace existing washer pump to the one handling rear washer, replace stalks, route an washer pipeline to the camera and code it up. This is set You need to get it worked:

That's clear, but in Superb, also MQB there is no possibility to code laptimer in instrument cluster. The MIB unit has it, in the performance menu when the car has it enabled.

When I have an OEM (280 PS) setup, I went into Zimmermann flat discs and EBC Yellow stuff pads for both axles. The abnormal wear disappeared, but due to overall bad performance I went to big brake kit in front from Merc ML Since then, all the problems went away. The rear disc looks like that after 18 months and c.a 40.000 km.

Don't know Your markets, but in Poland we have possibility to order RVC with spray nozzle, but without rear wiper, as it is not required any more.

Forget about retrofitting ACC with VCDS... There are only few people who can do it and they have online access to the VW server. The activation is of course not free - You need to pay VW for activation code. The code is personalized to Your VIN, so no grabbibg any code from other cars.

Some photos from my rattle removal from dashboard insert: After split of the dashboard... Then top of the insert - all plastic connected pieces needs to be separated by tape. Be careful with removal of the 0.0 reset button. ... and dome lamp, and between front windscreen and foof linning - yes it squeze the contact between the glass and linning Blue strips of tape... Red mark means - there is need to add some tape... Put a little teflon between plastic and roof...

Yes, it's popular over the central Europe. I'ts comparable with VCDS, however it's less "labelled" if You know what I mean. You can do everything the same as VCDS, but it's sometimes hidden. Of course It cannot replace more aggresive tools like VagCAN Pro or Odis Engineering.
