I'm thinking of changing the standard vrs alloys which are 16" and 6.5j to a different style 16" but 7j.The pcd etc is all ok. Will my tyres be ok to swap over or would i need to change tyre to 215 or 225 maybe? any tyre experts here?

A set of 4 of these went on ebay yesterday, couple of minor marks on them nothing bad and had decent rubber on them too The buy it now was £100 and delivery was £40 needless to say they were bought within an hour or so, underpriced!

Had a megane 225 for 2 years had it mapped to 260bhp 275lbft by RS tuning never missed a beat! awesome car, but thirsty :p

I got 500 miles to a full tank and it said i had 30 miles left when i filled up, quite pleased with that! i do around 100 miles a day commuting for work virtually all sitting at 70 on the A14 the computer says i'm averaging 56mpg

Every 10k for oil change, some do it at less mileage than that though

Sorry to but in but i might be trying a different set of 16" alloys on mine they are 5x100 but they have 205/55/16 tyres on I know i should change down to 205/45/16 as the standard alloys but what problems would it cause if i left the bigger tyres on?

This was flagged up when i was last in the garage, does anyone know if theres an easy fix for this or will it be a new arb? mines a standard 05 vrs.Funds are a little low at moment as i also need to get my eibach springs fitted so a diy repair would be handy?

Looks loads better! i did mine last week i took the vrs badge off also though, stealth.I hope they start playing silly buggers
