  1. Yes they can. They have ELSA (NOT ElsaWin). That is the international service register for VAG. I worked at a SEAT and VW servicepoint in 2016. And we had access to VW and SEAT service records from all over the world. Maybe they use a different system now, IDK. Maybe they don't want them to only ask for service records and never hear from them again?
  2. Facelift lights are installed, bought them from a UK based EV breaker.
  3. Welkom, dikke beuker van een Octavia! 😉
  4. Oh, and for iPhone users, I bought this cable too: 5E0051510E - It is the perfect size and OEM. 😉
  5. This is really good to see. My girlfriend is really happy with these facelift updates too. Makes the car a bit more modern, etc. Glad Bonny could help you out mate, cheers!
  6. Actual listing: Big screen facelift - 1ST920850 P/N breakdown: 1ST: Skoda Citigo 920: Cluster categorie The "8" represents a KM/H cluster, "9" represents a MP/H cluster
  7. They do come with Maxidot, look at my post of november 24th in this thread. LCD is bigger, it is OEM Skoda, no modded cluster. 😉
  8. Cool, we went to the same guy! (Bonny) This was taken a few minutes after it was all done:
  9. I went from 1S0937090B to 1S0937090F BCM, also ran two wires from the BCM directly to the cluster, since I had no communication with the indicator stalk on the cluster. I was told the radio is communicating with the cluster/speedometer. This has always been the case with VAG cars, but this is one step further -> CP. The man I went to who helped changed the EEPROM and FLASH data for me in the used facelift cluster and also had the radio paired with it via someone at the Volkswagen/Skoda dealer. I've heard MIB units can run a couple of hours without the CP handshake of the cluster though. Here you can see it getting paired on the bench with the cluster itself: It is B, it also transfers data, you can plug in a USB-stick with music on it aswel. Charging is really not the fastest no, but it does what it supposed to do.
  10. As mentioned in other threads, I managed to do this: Pre-facelift (2013, stalks are old type) Citigo with facelift cluster and radio. They are paired, so cluster and radio are OK with eachother. Did you change your BCM too? I had to do that too because the newer BCM's got the "5F" (media) module in it.
  11. I did this installation on my girlfriends 2013 CItigo. - Changed BCM // 1S0937090B to 1S0937090F - Changed speedometer/cluster // 1ST920870 - Changed the radio to MIB2 Entry // 1ST035871A You need the MIB quadlock adapter, make sure it is a long one. You need the USB triangle on top of your dashboard. You need THIS cable. And of course someone who can program the facelift cluster for you and pair it with the radio to get rid of the CP. To make the look complete you need the facelift interior/dome light: 6R0947106. It might look like a Polo 6R P/N, but it is also found in the facelift Up!. Here you can clip in a microphone and connect this to the radio (blue connector).
  12. Hi all, Two weeks ago my girlfriend purchased another car. It wasn’t economically responsible to drive a Golf TDI anymore, so she wanted a smaller car to save on everything. Do we bought this little guy: it is a 2013 Skoda Citigo 1.0 MPI 60bhp. Weird spec with no front fogs, electric mirrors. But with seat heating, airconditioning and cruise control. But the lady is happy! The first mods were installed yesterday: - Facelift BCM (2017 - 1S0937090F) - Facelift cluster/speedometer - Facelift radio This is the actual interior now: All works! Component Protection is paired with the cluster, just like the original facelift Citigo’s got. Next parts are on their way too, facelift taillights: Now in need for a leather wrapped steering wheel. Plastic is ok, but it is a bit worn.
  13. If you buy smoked taillights for lets say: a Golf Mk3 you will also get a set of reflectors to place on your bumpers. But yes, it is expencive for a SET of tails, but looks more OEM!
