Could you not pay the 6.5k off your existing car and then you would have paid it off in 8 months and have no monthly outgoings on the car at all.

Dedders replied to The Plumber's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk III (2013 - 2020)
Congratulations, that looks really smart. I just hope it lives up to your Yeti!! -
I believe the 0% is available on all the Octavia's except the VRS.

What options fill the holes?

I hate blank buttons and as I'm regularly told I'm a big kid I thought why not! -

Why you should get a spare wheel!
Dedders replied to Dedders's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk III (2013 - 2020)
I've ordered a spare from a main dealers in Surrey, the price quoted is £155 for the wheel and tool kit. -
Last night on my way home from a wedding at about 1.30 in the morning I heard an odd noise from the F/N/S wheel so I pulled over and could see the tyre was rapidly going down. I thought no problem I'll use to goo and compresser provided and will be back on my way shortly. Nope firstly for the life of me I couldn't get the tyre valve out as instructed in the handbook and then when I put air into the tyre I could hear it escaping almost as quickly as it was going in. I therefore had to call Skoda assistance who were great and got to me within the hour and gave me a lift home. However I'm now stuck at home with a car with a flat tyre, nowhere open today and tomorrow I'm going to have to work out how to get the car to a tyre place. In short lesson learnt I'll be ordering a spare wheel tomorrow! D'oh

How to enable Traffic Sign recognition
Dedders replied to ollybroad's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk III (2013 - 2020)
I'd love to get this working on my VRS, if there's anyone in the Surrey/M3 area who could activate this I'd happily travel and pay you for your time to get this working on my car. Thanks. This forum's brilliant I've had an offer from someone to sort this for me. Thanks to everyone for their efforts in sorting these items for everyone else. Dedders -
My car was delivered with my pp on. The whole process of taking it off my old car and then registering the new car on the pp took less than 2 weeks in total. They should easily be able to sort it in that time frame.

I don't know if it's been mentioned within the Yeti section but it appears that the 0% pcp and free servicing offer is being withdrawn from the Octavia VRS and all Yeti's after 31/12/2013. If your thinking of ordering a new Yeti shortly this may be of interest. http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/298839-new-vrs-campaign-will-have-no-free-servicing-and-19-pcp-finance/

2013 or 2014? What would you do?
Dedders replied to Wassers's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk III (2013 - 2020)
I'd get it straight away, as said above the plate year will be exactly the same. I hated the wait for mine and there was no way I'd want to make the wait any longer than necessary. -
My dealer stated that the Skoda literature said they wouldn't fit but when they tried the went straight on with no adjustment at all, I think it's just a mistake on the parts catalogue.
