You could of cleaned your wheels..! Just put a small dab of copper grease on the thread to help with seizing.

I am going with a Tomtom Go Live 1005 mounted in the bottom R/H screen as I find this easier to view when driving and see it as a much better financial solution to the very expensive Columbus.

I'm very interested in these modifications to the map but the only thing that puts me off is the opening of the ecu. The last car I owned, a Ford Focus RS, you could modify the map through a hand held unit I.e super chips bluefin and revert back/ disable the car when required.

Bit aggressive ! You will also see in the posts that a few have had there tow bar fitted through the dealer and still they have not sorted it. It's a general feeling that Skoda themselves just don't know the correct standardised process?

Did you purchase the towbar kit and electrics from Skoda?
