If your light comes on when you open the drivers door it won't be the sensor on the door. I'd say its the buzzer relay normally found in with your fuses. Not sure what number it will be but they normally have a grill on the front of them as you look at it

Basically what I was trying to say was big bhp/torque counts for nothing if you can't put the power down and it doesn't handle so why not buy a car that does. I mean a fwd diesel that only revs to 5k with 200+ bhp doesn't make sense to me but as I've said before, each to there own

No issue here. If you read what i said on page 1 youll understand. I said i cant see the point in going further than a stage 1 remap. Then there was talk of how stage 2 fabias pull through the gears (upto 5k lol) so i suggested if you wanted a car that really pulled through the gears then why not go fo a type r OR SIMULAR which does everything straight out the box and can actually put its power on the black stuff??? Then for some reason it turned into a civic v fabia thread with me apparently claiming they are super cars and so on lol

So it seems the moral or the story is your better off with a usable stage 1 map and a few handling mods. But like some choose to you can spend another few grand to go stage 2 and wheel spin 1,2 and 3.

As I said stage 2 in my eyes is a waste of money as the fabia can't put the power down. Just buy a car that can such as a type r (just a example,for all the haters!) That has usable power straight out the box

Danham they might pull through all gears but at the end of the day its a diesel and will only pull all the way to 5k. If you want something that pulls by a petrol civic or similar they do actually pull through the gears and performed straight out the box

Exactly the point, for a spirited drive every so often, stage 1 is enough

Just take it back and tell them your not happy. Did they not advise you of the annoying problems with SMF conversions before you had the work done?
