  1. Doesnt have to be power a 200bhp per tonne car would do it
  2. Correct: Torque Vectoring is supposed to eliminate torque steer some have front wheel torque vectoring others have rear wheel torque vectoring but there is only one car that i know of that has 4 wheel torque vectoring an incredible acomplishment! 10points to whoever gueses which car this is???

  5. Theres always one bell-end in every forum and in this case it comes in the form of ajs-vrs best the typical bell-end quote's as follows: "What do i know, i own a 457BHP supercharged S2000 which i have raced, installed and mapped myself - the fabia is a second more sensible car for me, but less of this willy waving." (Whats that got to do with you knowing nothing about type R's? which you said you dont give a **** about yet felt the need to quote... "Owned various vtecs for the last 8 years." at the bottom of the page like some sort of medal you own which turned out to be usless lmao!! also i was fascinated to see yet more bull**** fall out of your mouth on your second closing quote "Ultimately power accelerates a car not engine torque" well no your wrong again BHP is top end peak power output of an engine torque is how quick you get it up there... you can hav a 500bhp engine but if somone has more tourque then you then they will accelerate to that peak power output quicker.. hense the saying (Torque is how fast you get to the wall BHP is how far you push it back) but less about tourque cuz thats alls your full of is oh no thats Talk (spelt different) i sugest maybe stop posting quotes or maybe learn abit first els your just going to continue to make yourself look that little bit more silly

  11. So it's fair to say ide have abit more of a bonus if i bought a VRS estate? as ide save about £13 on road tax with the Seat but be about £1000 less in bonus's (toy's)
  12. Didnt the TSI engine win best engine award?.......... http://www.ukipme.co...rs_11/1_14.html Not bad for a lemon?
  13. Ye but how much less tax? enough to spec it up to the standard VRS estate?
  14. What difference does that make? that's still alot considering the 1.6 RS escort was only 35bhp more and was the same age that's alot of performance for a 1.3 considering petrol injection systems were still young.. you would think they would have flatten out any issues in the 15 years since with the tech in engine bay's nowday's
  15. The spread sheet isn't for youer eye's buddy i just copied my e-mail onto here i cant give the list of customer detail's out.
  16. And what about the 1.3ltr turbo starlet GT thats about 15 years old?? highley stressed? they've only had 15 year's to research lol and the turbo on the VRS is tiny in comparrison to most turbo's
  17. Ford are also procuding a 1.0 (3 cylinder) twin turbo ecoboost 180bhp
  18. The e-mail i recived today... As you can see Skoda are not a fan of aftermarket part's and accessories

  20. The turbo charge pressure regulator may be faulty on some Fabia, Roomster, Octavia and Yeti vehicles that have a 1.2-litre TSI engine. This may result in claims that the engine is not running properly, and may cause the check engine light to come on. To prevent this, the software for the engine control unit (ECU) must be updated, and a shim fitted. When repairing the vehicle, ask the customer if the ECU has been tuned by an aftermarket company (chip-tuning). If so, explain that the software update will make the aftermarket chip tuning ineffective and that the ECU may even be damaged during the update as a result of the tuning. Ask the customer to check with the aftermarket tuner whether a software update is possible. ŠKODA Auto and your company cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by updating the software, or by the update not being performed. Write this note on the order before the customer signs it. Make sure all affected cars are checked and repaired during workshop visits or as part of their pre-delivery inspections (PDIs). Not all vehicles are affected by this campaign. Check if a vehicle is affected by using the 'vehicle-specific information' application in ELSA, or by checking Service Online. There are 12,494 vehicles in the UK that are affected by this campaign. View the Excel spreadsheet below for a complete list.

  22. I see... then SUK cannot do anything about it sorry. it's just a VW dealership that has asked for authorisation to carry out work on new Skoda’s and Skoda have agreed on it. The dealership does not represent SUK
