  1. They sound awesome, exhausts popping in all the right places. I know one of the local BMW dealers sold one of their most expensive cars in the form of a full loaded M6 convertible at £96k.
  2. A few possibilities could be, injector loom, injector, crank sensor. I had one the other day, intermitant non start, until complete failure. Broken crank sensor wire and faulty injector loom. Crank sensor pain to fit, so check wiring first.
  3. Welcome, there are a few meets soon, take a look in West mids section. I think 31st of May is the first one in Telford Ant
  4. This is an invitation to all Briskoda Members. We are holding an open day on Sunday 15th June starting 10am. The address for attendees is Unit 12, Ketley Business Park, Telford. TF1 5JD. We hope to see as many of you there as possible. If you are able to attend, please list your names below. We can also group Brisky members together, in a club stand style. Thanks All Ant
  5. H&R are a great product, I think with 40mm drop you will find ride comfort quite harsh. I would advise using uprated shocks with a 40mm lowered spring
  6. 60K miles or 4 years is correct interval Ant
  7. To get the benefits of your hybrid, you will need FMIC sport cat/decat and correct mapping. Have a word with Alex_e3, we did his for him 12 months ago
  8. Yes, the wear sensor is front only. Check front brakes
  9. Mk4 Setup required for your upgrade We fitted LCR to mk1 Fabia a few weeks ago, yes they were an excellent upgrade. But overkill for what the car was, ie stage 1 map, never tracked!
  10. I would advise speaking to Brotek given your location, he is a Shark dealer.
  11. There are a few options depending on spend etc. Cupra R brembo's as mentioned If looking for a cheaper option 312mm upgrade?
  12. I would do a lot of research on them!
  13. A condition check of the spark plug will give you an idea of what may be happening, by visually inspecting the plugs you may gain more info on whether overfuelling, carbon fowling etc.
  14. How long are these garages vacuuming your systems for? Recommended Minimum time is 30mins.
  15. Best to check condition of the plugs again and do a compression test
  16. We can sort you out with a set of springs if required. I have just fitted Eibachs to a Mk1 Fabia VRS, very subtle drop, and ride quality is pretty much unchanged from that of stock Ant
  17. I fitted steel hoses to, so yes a noticeable bite from normal braking, and can also handle the heat and gives you extra confidence when coming hot into a corner
  18. The TFSI responds really well to engine mods, my TFSI is at stage 2+ and Porsche brake setup. If you are in the area sometime, you're welcome to come and try it
  19. I have the Porsche setup on my Mk5 golf which retains the 312mm disc. Make sure you get the correct calipers from a 986 front axle
  20. I'll try and pop in, depending on work load that day

  22. Bigger fans? lower temp stats? if your concerned about coolant temps getting too high
  23. E90 M3's are nice and sound lovely, however I would not have one over our 135i
  24. I thought this was a keeper?? The golf R will be quick an can be easily modded. Which then begs the question why the need for superbike? However, if the reason for the sale is to buy a superbike, then a sensible car for your commute. I know we've spoken about the bike scene a few times. Although bikes are great fun in the summer, the roads are poor, too many unaware drivers and increased police/speed camera area's took the fun out for me. Its a difficult decision to make, especially now when you see all the bikes out
