Can someone tell me if these are standard front calipers on my mk1 fabia vrs as when I go to car shop for brake pads get offered ones that don't fit

How on earth do you get to the top 2 bracket small nuts?to remove it?what tools do you need .any help appreciated

did a regas it's registering as normal now from empty.but it's still blowing same temp as normal Air. Can hear a change in sound when I push aircon button and more Air but not cold.any help appreciated
