Had mine (MY2011, 2.0 tdi cr 170, dsg, elegance trim) for just over a year. It is a great car for the money. Spec better than previous car and quality on par with the audi a4 I had previously. Handling is remarkably good for the size of car. Dsg gear change is seamless, panoramic roof is great and power tailgate a great help when hands are full with all the kids stuff. Some have complained about the Columbus radio/satnav unit, but it works very well for me. I always feal rather smug when I see other "better" estates from the BMW /Merc/ Audi brigade; knowing I have a better specked car for less outlay.f Yes, get one! Go for elegance trim if you can afford it.

Hello ladies and gents. As the sun has finally come out in sunny Aberdeen, I have been using the sunroof in my combi increasingly. I have noticed on several occasions that when I go to close it, there is usually a screeching noise at some point. I plan to clean around the area and remove some dirt that has gathered and purchase some grease or such like. My question: can someone recommend an automotive grease for the sunroof running gear? Just a short note to all, to say "hello". Just picked up a 2011 Skoda Superb 2.0TDI CR TDI DSG Elegance Estate (with panoramic sunroof and power tailgate), and my word this car is superb! Still a little sad I had to part with the Audi A4 saloon, but this is a much better car for carting my little boy and his mountain of stuff around. ATB. Paul
