Sorted it now, purely accidentle to, stripped the boot lid down, and smelt burnt, so un bolted it, and being butter fingered dropped it, which the rear plastic popped off, exposing a very rotten circuit board!

Just realised I've got a 00897 windshield washer pump v5 imlausible signal fault, does this help any one ? thanks Danny

bit of a update, tried a known working stalk, still the same, so rules out stalk etc, next idea is the CCM, as Ive just realized the passenger window does not work correctly ( one touch) and doesn't go right to the top, the rear washer comes on with the rear wiper on, instead of push back for wiper, hold right back for wash, next Q is, do they need to be programed? or can i put one in from another model with the same part No? thanks again

jsut had vcds on, the stalk seems okay as under measuring blocks it switches between each setting as it should, and the potentiometer works on all the 4 stages of intermitent, but even in off, with the measuring blocks all saying off, they still work

had a look when i got home, all 3 fuses are okay, cant see any visible wiring damages to the motor etc, disconnected the battery and left it, re checked and still doing it, basically was fine untill yesterday, coming out of the services they came on, no matter what i did with the stalk they stayed constant speed, and been on and off doing the same, thanks danny

As the title, the wipers seem to be on permanently in the 2nd speed setting, but they go to the fast wizzy wipe setting on the stalk, but slow them down to constant or intermittent or off and they stay on the constant speed, fuse okay, any ideas :/? Thanks danny

First line (blue) shows few spikes etc, but not too bad, until you see the air/fuel, nearly 16 to 1!! Second after being played with, much smoother, not far off perfect air/fuel ration, with a tad more peak HP and torque She runs twin scorp cans, K&N with air box mod, 4 degree advancer, power commander 3 usb, more mods to come hope fully

sorry, its the glass tube transponder thing i cracked wile trying to get it out my old key, still a dealer job too?

tried searching but doesn't seem to give me the answers i want bought 2 new key fobs (flip 3 button type) as mine are looking rather shabby anyways tried removing the immobilizer chip, to find its glass and obviously broke ordered a new one, but cant see a guide in the vcds or Google or here, so is it a dealer job to pair it to the existing key and car? or it it like programing the remote buttons in a step by step guide? thanks again Danny

Same thing on my blt engine, but it had code po321 implausible signal, new sensors loads of battery terminal grease in the plugs job done then went mad and packed all the plugs with grease lol

Shouldn't else make a proper sticky? With all known brake set Ups that fit and that don't? What else needs to be done to make them work etc etc?

Waters gets under the wrap, slowly rotts the steel away, you won't be any the wiser untill you remove the wrap or its rotten through and sounds like a tractor , personal experience that lol!

had a artic trailer air bag blow once, drop the trailer on its knees (lower suspention right down to non hgv mechanics / drivers ) take opposite air Bag pipe out and kink it over, ratchet strap axle to chassis, put the suspention in ride height, bobs your uncle its now a tandem not tri axle trailer
