Yes that's obvious, any machines used in these places won't refill if there's a leak.

noisy aircon
Hi folks Suspect I know the issue here but always worth asking. The aircon on my 1.4tsi yeti more often than not causes the engine to whine and feels like it's under quite a lot of load. Whine is very audible between 1.5k and 3k rpm and stops if you turn the ac off so it's definitely that. I suspect the compressor but any other thoughts? It blows cold and works well though.

I'll be doing the electrics and coding it, did my Mk2 superb and assume the yeti will be much the same. Looking to use the ecs wiring kit which looks like it'll be full 13pin spec.

I'm looking to fit a detachable towbar to newly purchased yeti, seems there are 4 main choices. Westfalia, brink, thule, pct and tow Trust. Any experience for or against any of them?

Charging the battery
- Charging the battery
For those with a towbar with requisite wiring, you can charge through the socket as I do. Buy a plug of ebay and wire to your choice of charger.- Charging the battery
You bypass the battery monitor by going direct to negative so the car can't keep track of what's going in.- Charging the battery
Anywhere on chassis. Not the battery of you have stop start.- Potential battery problem
does not sound like there is any battery issue - Charging the battery
