Can I not order supernovas as an accessory and have them fitted at the factory? Mind I am leasing so not sure if it's even viable.

I saw silver Phoenix alloys yesterday at the local steelers and I have to say was pretty disappointed with them in real life. The anthracite ones on the L&K look great but they just looked too fussy and not that big for 19". I ordered these as the only option on my SEL Exec but am now wondering about changing to Sirius wheels. Has anyone ordered the supernova wheels as I might see if i can order these instead?

Looked very smart actually and probably would have been on my short list had I not wanted a white one. I was a little disappointed in the silver Phoenix wheels (which I have ordered) as I have only seen the anthracite ones which look so much better than the plain silver in person. Might swap them to sirrus.

Mine moved from unconfirmed bw 9 to unconfirmed BW 7 so hopefully will move in the right direction again. Got a little confused because the lady said BW 7 is 15th Feb where as the other week I was told BW 8 was 15th Feb, so not convinced Skoda know which week is which. Had mine at the dealer for service today and they had a sel exec hatch in corrida red with Phoenix wheels and I thought it looked great. Was surprised to see one in the showroom.

How on earth is that possible? I ordered mine 3 months before you ordered yours and mine is unconfirmed BW9 for the same car with just Phoenix wheels as an option. I guess that's the problem.

No dealer gives a monkies if you cancel because they know they can shift it in no time. I got the same so what?response from my dealer.

Just had my unconfirmed build week pushed from 8 to 9 so looks like bad news for everyone who is waiting. Best get my loan sorted out sharp to buy the octavia from skoda.

I'm waiting on a new Superb which is late so the plan is for it to go, and I would prefer to sell it along with full 3 service history. It was servied at about 9k then 15k but no service lights yet. The car does have a sticker on the windscreen coming to think about it so will see what that says when I go to work tomorrow. Cheers for all the advice, everyone is super helpful as always.

I like many others no doubt got 3 years free servicing with their blacklines. Mine is 3 years old on the 8th Feb, my question is I have had 2 services already in the previous 2 January's but do I get a 3rd within my three years. Car has done 22k miles.

I don't suppose anyone has any pictures of a moon white hatch with silver Phoenix wheels on? I am yet to see one anywhere on here or on one of the online car sellers so beginning to think I am the only person to order that combo.

Just had an update on mine. Was ordered with the dealer 28th September and the first unconfirmed BW was 14 just been told unconfirmed BW 8 so it has moved in the right direction. Bog standard SEL exec with only Phoenix alloys an option.

I suspect skoda customer services will be very busy handling "where is my superb" queries tomorrow morning.

I know it's a bit of a nightmare at the minute. I don't think they will do pch in the demos and I am pretty sure they won't get close to the pch monthly payments on pcp (could be wrong)

Still looking at a March build date which would make it 6 months. My current pcp deal ends in 5 weeks so looks like I am going to have to buy the octy as the plan was to sell it to the dealer based on a 12-16 week delivery when I ordered it in September. The S3 is a pch deal so equity was for the deposit.

I'm guessing skoda go back to work in Monday as customer services are not responding to emails. I have spent too long on autotrader at work yesterday instead of working and I am now getting cold feet.

Don't know on this one as with the octavia vrs 230 skoda were saying the uk wouldn't get it for a very long time. I don't know what to do now as my superb is due in the next 2 months(already waited 3) but would prefer a sportline.

Strange, my dealer had IT issues and they had to wait a week for someone to install a new computer before they could order mine. There is a bit of a whiff of something smelly if you ask me. Probably trying to space out the orders as others have previously suggested.

Mines gone from prov BW 14 to prov BW 7 in the last two weeks. Suspect it's going to go back in the other direction as that's too good to be true.

I was told it could be long life (2 years) as long as low mileage as the OP says. Works out cheaper for 1 service in 3 years for me over the service package.

I read a little snippet in autocar that said they had 30,000 cars pre orders and it had out sold their expected numbers by 150%. Think we can all agree they didn't have a very good crystal ball.

Order by me 28th September. Order placed by the dealer 15th October. Now unconfirmed build week 14! SE l exec hatch, 150bhp derv, dsg, moon white and us 19" alloys. The buying experience has been nothing short of disgraceful. The dealer has done nothing other than bs me every time I contact them. Was promised 12-14 weeks when I ordered.

Not available on PCH so answered my own question.
