btw- mine have been looking good for quite a while now - happily surviving 43 deg C heat and looking like new after every car wash. They seem to be really good quality IMHO.

:confused: - surely there is no different effect to the OEM badge on the steering wheel.

You could of course only fit the road wheel inserts and leave the one off the steering wheel (as I did); didn't fancy changing the look.

Think people are getting a little hung up on this! i really don't think it would affect the deployment or hinder its workings. The force the airbag is deployed would pop the badge straight off!

It just sticks on top of the existing badge; pretty firmly IMHO.

Cool. Just got my badges, they look mint. Put the steering wheel one on and it looks good. Didn't warm the area up first though, does that matter?

Havent done the wheel ones yet.

Didn't stop me! I ran outside and prised the centrecaps off then dried and fitted them inside. I'll be re-fitting them after breakfast...

Don't think they come off on the fabia vrs wheels do they?

Think they do! the original ones are plastic caps that press into the centre of the wheels.
