Likewise I'll also need the following so sounds like we could get a little group buy together...:

- 2 metres of black 19mm ID oil resistant hose

- 1 19mm joiner

- 1 19mm T-piece or Y-piece

:)

OCC are being shipped to me in next day or so.

Sweet! Excellent news Jay. I guess we could do the same sort of thing with the hoses etc. (people just order on the website, but note that'll I'll collect them one afternoon and bring them to Jay). Don't do it yet though, because I've not even spoken to them!

On another note, I spent the weekend fiddling with my ride height, and now it's perfect. Looks so frikkin sweet!

Yes I know!! I was going to get some shots after I washed the car yesterday, but the gf turned up and accused me of being a weirdo wanting to take pictures of my car! She gets jealous.....

I'll try and get a nice shot at the weekend for you. Standard height vRS's look horrible now that I'm used to mine! I'm such a snob.

Put me down for some hose and other hardware :)

By the way, I priced these bits up in Pirtek today... Guess how much, go on :D

Go and take some now!

Do you think we will get hit by customs, how were yours invoiced?

I'm at work now :D Will take pics tonight.

Mine had a value of $60 on the label for three catch cans, so nicely avoided any customs charges.

How low have you gone now. Pics please, Maybe it is lower than mine now?

Jay good news on the shipping update.:)

I am also up for part of the 2 metre hose group buy if it goes ahead.

I have the joiner and T piece already.

Okay here's my plan. I've bent the supplied bracket and plan to mount the catch can at the front of the engine bay by bolting it to the cross member near the orange thingy that holds the bonnet stay in place:

Here's the highly technical diagram.

Red is stuff that will come out when I remove the secondary air system.

Blue is breather hoses.

I reckon it will need:

1 x 400mm length from the top of the engine to the catch can

1 x 600mm length to the air intake from the catch can, T in the middle

1 x 200-250mm length down from the T

Hi Rob. I tell you mate that is a technical drawing.:D

Question for you. What is the purpose of removing the secondary air system?

Do you need to do that when fitting the OCC?

No it's completely unrelated but my secondary air pump is on its way out - it's logging fault codes because the casing is starting to split apart.

As I plan to decat it's pointless having it anyway.

Removing it makes more room to mount the OCC,

Update!!!

OCC have now arrived and i have re-arranged deliver to my works address,so will be hopefully with me on Monday.

We have been hit by a very small customs charge and parcelforce share as well.

Total was £20.83 which i have paid.

I will send everyone PM's early next week as to how much people owe me,when i know how i'm going to send them out.

So total so far

£66 roughly for OCC

£3 Customs/Parcelforce charge each (to be paid to me)

£1 each deliver charge to be paid to me (i Paid $10 for all to be shipped to me)

£7-9.50 ?? (tbc -delivery charge to yourselves)

I'm pretty pleased with the above cost as a cheap OCC is around £50.

I will also PM everyone regarding pipe, fitting etc..

Excellent news Jay. I expect I'll see you next week then!
