in answer to the OP question.

Biggest is not always best, but since you asked, the biggest you can go on the fabia is 18 inchs. thats with a 215 30 r18 tyre.

thanks :D, is that lowering with 30mm as well?

would i not need any arches rolling or any further work? would steering be fine as well? thanks again

May get a little rubbage when on full lock, depends on the offset etc, and if your using spacers (use them, or it wont look as good).

think 17's will be the answer then... 18 sounds like hassle...

whats the best lowering for peeps so far?

Coilovers and set it to what you want.

18's do look good when lowered to the right level, can rub and ride is harsh to say the least! 17's are the most common choice. There are many options for coilover ranging from 250 to 800 odd quid. all down to what you are willing to spent fella.

coilovers and 17" is the answer, the vrs never really looks that low even on the lowest settings removing adjuster plates on the rear too! Trust me i have it all the way down!

17's and coilovers all the way down :)

Cars looking good.

But he did say without rolling your arches... ha.

I had 17's on mine wth the coilovers about another inch to go.

Scrubbing like mad. 20mm sacers though.

Got them right down now and helpers out the back on 16" steels and no scrapage!

exactly ! A mate used to have a vrs with coilovers right down and the adjusters removed on the back and it still didn't look "that" low.....

17's and coilovers are the way.....18s look daft im my opinion mate
