any idea how this can be done? I am trying to remove the vents in the centre console, there is a little cubby holder, I have tried pulling it out, but it seems a little difficult, is there a technique?

I've had mine out several times when sorting my MP3 player onto the back of my MFD2. I've used a thin but wide screwdriver (on my Leatherman) to prise it up from the bottom corners. I'm sure there are better tools and ways without risking a scratch or worse, but its worked for me.
