No1 Limited edition WRC VRS on ebay

Featured Replies

It's a members car on here ;)

It's not actually the first car of the limited 100 car run though, which I think is a bit misleading. There's this photo on the eBay page:

Still a nice motor though

Steve

The advert says 1 of 100 which is fine IMO.

Doesnt say that its number 1 od 100

Were`s VrsPhil when you need him......................;)

yeah I think he means 1 from 100 made...does read as though it's the first one...

ahh my fault i read it as No 1 of 100

It does say its number 63 on the ad

I read it as #1, too...

really makes me wanna upgrade....

It's just not very well worded really...

Saying number '63 of 100' at the start would have still got the point across, rather than '1 of 100'.

Never mind eh! :)

Steve

The wording is perfectly correct. I fail to see how I have tried to mislead anybody when there is a picture of the number AND the very first sentence clearly says it's number 63.

I don't really see why I should simplify things just because people can't be bothered to read properly.

:iagree:

To me it's quite clearly 1 OF 100 cars made and then when you read the add it's there bold as NO.63

At least your betting a few free bumps Phil

It's a very well looked after and desirable car, most of the others stickers have faded but this one is very nice .....if only I could afford it

Phil, I don't think anyone is thinking you are misleading anyone, and yes the wording is perfectly correct. It could have been clearer, yes ;)

Lovely car though, should make a cracking buy for someone. :)

Grammatically correct, yes...

But you could have made it clearer... say for example "1 of 100 built"

Or people could just learn to read things properly
