Thankyou. Took me a while to find a yellow one!

Thankyou :)

 I think you'l need something a little stiffer than bed springs....

Love the new wheels  They really do suit the look of the car.

Darn. That's the last time I go to Ikea then :D

Car is looking very nice Kay.

Pictures are awesome too.

I like the photoshot of the colour coding and the bumpstrips removed.

Looking good Kay, Got to admit the gunmetal really suits the wheels, and excellent choice of photo location.

Keep up the goodwork.

Time to resurrect my old thread  :)

Nothing happened to the car since my last update, what with being made redundant and having a range of other issues going on :(

Anyways, I've had a fairly busy weekend and inbetween rain showers I've been doing a spot of brake calliper painting and fitting wheel centre badges :D

I've just used Hammerite on the callipers; their shade of yellow was too dark so I mixed it with some white and managed to get a pretty good match :)

I'll get some better pictures next weekend hopefully, when I've finished the job and it's been cleaned :o

K.

That looks good that, like it

Steve

Callipers look good, i was going to paint mine yellow!

Looks good nice one

I like that kay, the yellow really stands out on the calipers and the wheels, works really well.

Davy

Looks wkd

Glad the badges worked out for you Kay - although they make the wheels look like they aren't black enough (or of course the centres are too black!) ;)

not sure on the yellow callipers - a bit in your face with the black wheels for me.

yellow is a nice flash of colour on, say the brembos of a silver porsche, but it MIGHT be a bit much on a yellow fab

I like it :)

Looks smart, I had big red brakes on my red Ibiza with dark grey wheels... standing out from the crowd :)

Rotten luck Kay; I hope you find something suitable to your talents soon.

As I said on facebook , looking good , I like the callipers against the black wheels!

Top job, Me Likey.

Was speaking to a certain somebody today, As i was getting the car realigned, Said you've now got improved aeration:thumbup:

Looks brilliant mate

Love those centre badges

The calipers look great. Not so sure on the centre caps.

I like the new badges alot; the original ones were corroding quite badly so I think the yellow ones suit a bit better. Thanks again! I didn't think the green callipers suited the look of the car anymore so much happier now. As you say, they are very noticeable :D

Thanks Ken, I've actually ended up back at the place I was working at last year, so I'll see how long it lasts this time!:)
