I have not checked to see if this has been covered before but since i have had my VRS (nearly 12 months) i have needed to clean the centre sections of my VRS seats and the drivers footwell 3 TIMES.

Now i dont have any kids or do any extreme sports like naked treacle wrestling (mind you if that Christine Blakeley off the 1 show is up for it i am) and i have an office job so where is this muck coming from?

So i reckon this might be a common problem with VRS owners and dose anyone have any products or methods they recommend

A domestic cleaning spray called SHOUT (available in Tesco IIRC) has been recommended by a few people on here.

Then maybe consider something like Supaguard or Scotchguard (try Ebay) to give added protection once the seats are clean

Shout - as recommended apparently great success

Protection - Carplan Nanomeric Fabric Seal and Protect (was £9.99 at Halfords last year)

Quite expensive (as are the others) but enough in can to do interior liberally 3 times.

Motor World currently have some of the Car Plan Nanomeric range at half price.

MotorWorld - Alloys, Accessories and Leisure

The fabric one isn't listed, but might be worth calling to see if your local store does it.
