Featured Replies

The Special Edition A4 has gone back now thank god, I don't know why I chose Black?

Anyway, here are a few pics of my new Audi A6 2.7TDI V6 Le Mans:

Hmm; smart! ;)

Jealous? Nagh, I don't want an Audi. I like my vRS Octy too much :D

Nice, but I liked my bank statement too much to order one of these.:D

couldn't you have got something nicer ? :P

beautiful motor mate - prettier in fact than my mate's 535d Bi-Turbo :)

Health to drive it ... a lot :D

Bah, I wish I worked for Bentley.

Good to see you are slowly making your way up the status ladder.

Lovely motor mate

Nice car - shame about the red displays, which play havoc with my eyesight!

Only £196 a month for me though, on the Bentley Motors scheme.

So it's not just me then... I have exactly the same problem with Audi's and VW's and no-one seems to beleive me!

The Skoda's gentle green displays are much easier on the eyes, and with maxidot, (white) you can actually see the radio info when wearing polarised sunglasses! I would discount a VW, Audi and Seat purely because of this alone. It wouldn't matter a jot to me how good or prestigeous the car was in other areas........

Nice motor but Audis are just...

Well...

How to be tactful...

Can't do it...

Bloody common! Everybody and their grandmother has 'em. ;)

Audis have become the new Ford. ;)

I much prefer the exclusivity of Skoda - just an elite band of those who recognise excellent value for money and who want to stand out from the crowd. :)

Oh yes...

Us and a few thousand taxi drivers

At least you will be able to pull up outside a curry shop on a Friday night without being invaded or having your door handles ripped off.:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Lovely car althought of rme it would have to be in one for the darker silver/grey metalic colours.

Seriously thinking 3 litre TDI Quattro Avant for my next car (although the list is rather long! :P)

Thats because green is the only colour that relaxes the cones and rods of your eyes. its the easiest colour for the Eye to decode in the visible spectrum. So if you ever feel you have eye strain. Look at something green for a bit and your eyes will relax:thumbup:

Nice motor would have gone for the 3.0tdi myself:P

Cheers for that Mater! I knew that there had to be a good reason! :)

Presumably, then red is particularly difficult, and/or stressful to the eys/brain; after all, red is a sign of danger in the animal kingdom, and could it be, therefore that we subconciously interpret red as a difficult and unnerving colour?

With Peugeot having taken a 1 - 2 - 3 on the grid for this year's Le Mans will you still want an Audi A6 2.7TDI V6 Le Mans after the weekend? ;):D
