Wound the coilovers right down and helper springs out rear. About -75mm down on a standard VRS now.

I greased mine before i put them on.

Not been on to long.

You should have an adjusting spanner with the set of coilies.

There's a grub screw aswell, take that out, mine is a 3mm allan key.

Then wind down.

Its just paint mate, a few light coats, just masked them off and did it.

Might go all red with some tinting film soon.
