Can anyone advise please.

My nearside electric window has gone down and will not operate. The motor soubds like it is operating. I have removed the outer door panel and removed the 10 bolts around the inner metal door panel. However, the metal panel will not come off. It moves around from left to right and up and down but when I try to pull it forward to gain access to the glass etc it feels like something is stopping it ? Are there more screws, bolts or clips to undo.
