Guys I'd like to fit 18s to the vRS estate. Can I fit 8 x 18s or is that too wide for this model?

Also what offset can I get away with? What offset are the 16/17 spiders?

I presume that you mean a MK1 Octy vRS?

If so then the 18's should be fine and i know the offset for the 17's is ET35

Thinking about a set of subaru wheels (ET35 also) but wanted to check they'll fit before I buy some!!

Heard somewhere that the fitment was the same i.e. 5 x 100 pcd but that doesn't necessarily mean they're gonna go on due to offsets and arch/strut scrub etc.

Anyone running 18s - maybe lowered - having clearance issues? not bothered about scrubbing on lock.
