You can get a pair of ebc discs for r32 brakes for £130....

Spacers dont ruin the handling....far from it,

wider front track helps corect understeer, thats why the LCR has a wider front track.

You are right about the brakes though!! why bother...especially considering the disc replacement cost!

I found the car felt really twitchy and pulled more, like everything was exagerated. going fast was ok, its the slow town driving and manovering that was total C**P. the car felt like it was understeering while driving round the carpark. soon as I changed to the LCR alloys its just like being on the spiders with no spacers.

its hard to explain but all I know is I dont like driving with spacers. I didnt notice any improvement in handling neither, I find it perfectly good as it is even without the caster bush. Ill be getting that some time I hope.

Like has been shown here the most cost effective way of doing it and to be honest the better way is to fit 4 pots to the original 312mm disc!

The R32 discs are a tad on the costly side, even the 323mm LCR disc is a tad more than id like to spend! lol

The best way, and the cheapest IMO is to buy adaptors and a set of Porsche Boxster monoblock calipers, they are readily availible and use the standard 312mm disc which are cheap enough for the size disc.

Even the monoblock calipers are only £200-250 a pair, pads are cheap and they perform better than the brembos fitted on the LCR due to being monoblock!
