Cupra has the larger power output to begin with due to it's KO4 Turbo.

Different engine that

IIRC the cupra has the same tfsi as the new S3

Mind you I love these sort of quotes -

The standard 2.0 TFSI (197) generally runs 218bhp from factory and remaps to 262bhp on a revo remap

The ed30 (227) generally runs 248bhp and remap to 300-310 bhp (revo) and they quote the same for the cupra also.

Only £17,000, the seat site says OTR £20500.

320PS with just a remap? I don't think so! Most on SCN are getting around 300 with a remap and more with a zorst as well
