New Rimz (again)

Featured Replies

Have to say, they suit the Red Fabia better, and the Comps suited the Black Fabia better.

Nice wheels all the same though.

Get some steelies banged on with some lovely wheel trims haha.

Nah personally I prefer the spiders but I hate cleaning them so I would have stuck with your old ones that you swapped.

End of the day its your car and if you like them then thats all that matters

I have to say I do like the TT's sorry... However.. The black look does look good - Stealth! - I think you could make it work alot better though. Try using a white rim on the outside!

Hmmm, had them on a couple of weeks now and the car seems to get more attention. A fellow Fabia vRS owner nearly crashed the other day from gawping at the car.

I dont know if thats a good or bad thing - they've grown on me, dont really need washed and are mint unlike all my other wheels and im a bit of a perfectionist :)

There great mate, i love them!

Im thinking of doing my Spiders black now....!

car will handle much better on pro-race 2's..

I prefer the TT comps much more.

TT comps look much more styish, classy and sporty.

The new rims look rather boy racer.?

It thats what your going for then you have acheived that.

Or of course if thats your taste.

Everyone to their own.

I wouldn't quite say they were boy racer. :thumbdwn:

They're not stupidly large, blingy wheels...

Agree with you on the comps being classier, but these do give it a sportier look, but not OTT.

Growing on me more though.

;)

Don't think 'boy racer' is that accurate a term either. Just think it's a case of a quite wide, open design in the same colour as the bodywork. Hence people commenting that they looked better on a red Fabia, which offers some contrast.

These, done in a brilliant silver, or anthracite, would work considerably better, IMHO.

Steve

if your selling them mate let me know first pal cheers

You went with all black in the end a jase! I didn't even have to sell ya my wheels. Don't it feel good being 1 colour!!

Price of a further remap i'll be half way to a turbo :)

But then you'll have to get it mapped again !!

Or are you going OEM turbo ?
