Featured Replies

Hi i m having problem with my skoda octavia 1.9tdi, the glow plug light came on and i had them changed and it was ok for abt 100 miles than while i was driving it missed and the glow plug light came on again. I took it to my local garage n they recon its 1 injector which has a sensor on it. Has any1 expeienced this? Its 2001 110bhp

Best to do a vagcom scan while its running - there's a brisky member map of vagcom owners maybe someone is local to you- it would show up as torque mismatch between the cylinders. Only fix is to replace the faulty injector - even from a scrappie they are costly I'm afraid. There may be a couple of people on brisk with spare ones I understand.

Thanx matey

If it's running like it's got a misfire I'd agree with Bas; otherwise I suspect yet another brake light switch problem.
