Managed to get the Milltek catback fitted this evening. One thing i wasn't happy about was even though the brackets were very tight you could still move the exhaust, hopefully the heat cycles will expand into it better. Don't know, maybe i should have used paste at the joints? I didn't with my last car and it was ok.

Anyway it gives the engine a nice note, i'm very happy with it. Power gains we will have to see as i'll do some timings later but i doubt if there is any gains:rolleyes:

Yeah it's a beauty:thumbup:. One thing i have noticed is when you put the foot down it's like the engine wants to jump into action quicker. The engine mount thump is more pronounced like the engine has more force on the mounts.

Anybody have problems with the joints sealing? Where mine joins to the cat pipe is blowing slightly and the clips are very tight and all seems to fit ok. Joints don't seem very good where they connect.

I'll have to put paste on mine and see what happens. The old system had none on it.

its tempting doesnt sound chavish or too loud... better start saving i think.
