New Octavia with vRS style wheels ?

Featured Replies

I passed a new Octavia on a car transporter yesterday with what looked like vRS style wheels. I presuming that these are standard kit on the new range of 'normal' Octavias ? Either that or it was a new shape vRS hidden amidst a load of VW Polos ...?

or a present model octavia vrs perhaps??? :D

I'm fairly sure I've seen a couple of old Octavias (going to have to get used to calling them that :( ) with wheels that are similar to the RS wheels but actually are more like those on the Fabia RS.

I think you'll find the term, "Classic Octavia" more suitable ;)

Not to mention even more likely to annoy non-Skoda owners

Im pretty sure that Skoda will be following the Audi A3, and MK5 Golf in using a 5 x 112 stud pattern on the new Octavia.

That's an Octavia Classic....but i see your point.

It was definitely a new shape Octavia in stone grey/blue (sorry don't know the actual colour name) in the middle of a transport load of new Polos.

Well the transporter I saw with 7 used (new shape) Octys had all bar 1 pair with different wheels.

So perhaps it was a VAG UK vRS prototype/preview car after all ... ;)
