Hmmm, well the finish on the washer cap is frankly laughable! I basically ran out of paint before I had the chance to cover it right and it bubbled quite a bit on coat 1 which pi55ed me off royally, especially having used plastic primer.... So might order a new one and do it right before fitting.

I had not considered the dipstick for coding in. I don't think the body of the dipstick is easily moved so if anything ever does happen to it, it will probably involve a shedload of newspaper put everywhere and it done in situ. At least the dipstick itself can be taken out and done right.

Need to order some more paint first of course. :o

I know the standard isnt very exciting... but my car isnt as exciting as yours.!
